Last Meal

WARNING, TODAY'S POST MAYBE INTRIGUING FOR YOUR TASTE BUDS!

So, many people has asked me. “If you had a chance to choose, what will be your last choice of meal?”
Ah, the answers is very simple. A set of Chicken Biryani and with a leg piece Almond Chicken.
Oh, well, this photo proves Briyani also means a lot to many other people!

Have you ever tasted Briyani? It is cooked with a lot of Indian herbs and spices such a cashew nuts, ghee, turmeric powder, bay leaves, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and several other Indian spices. Briyani is quite special as it is not cooked with normal rice as there is another type of rice called the Basmathi Rice which is said to be tastier and obviously longer compared to the normal types of rices. No doubt it sounds very complicated, my mother often says that with the modern technologies we can cook it fast, but the taste will not be as authentic as the real way it is done. Most of the time briyani is done with a little bit of colouring, but the authentic briyani is done full and full by herbs which will also bring out the same golden-yellowish colour. Trust me. Because briyani is filled with the richness of the genuine spices and herbs, the aroma it exhibits, it is FANTABULOUS! You never try, you never know. But, uncompatibaly, Southern India, especially in Karaikudi (a district in South India) serve the best of Briyani.

Almond Chicken, my mother’s signature chicken dish.It will definitely kick your taste buds and I can guarantee that you can never settle with one of it! In case anyone wonders, my mother has her own catering service in the northern region of Malaysia. This almond chicken is very much her own recipe and it taste such heavenly with rich taste of the authentic Indian taste in the mixture of Almond. Just have a piece of it in your mouth, and close your eyes to enjoy it. Trust me, almond chicken, no doubt the calorie counter might burst, it is a sinfully pleasurable food to enjoy at least once. And, the leg piece is definitely the best choice, I don't know why. That is my norm of eating this chicken. Oh my, oh my. That is definitely one of the best type of chicken I have ever eaten in my life. I should learn cooking from my mother soon, I don’t want this tradition of ALMOND CHICKEN to die of after her. It goes perfectly with briyani rice.

Just tear a bit of the almond chicken, mix it with the gravy, put it together with the briyani rice, spoon feed yourself, close your eyes and enjoy these heaven-like taste as it gives you. Trust me, this food will never disappoint you visually or on your taste buds. I GUARANTEE IT!

This is definitely will be my choice of my last meal, if I could to choose it.
Please God, don't be mean to me. Let me die after having this.
Hahahaha

Thanx for reading my post.
Till my next post, Cheers.
